Maintenance
Our maintenance team is available Mondays through Friday for rountine maintenance service requests. We also offer emergency maintenance after hours, on weekends, and holidays. The emergency maintenance number is (844) 524-9081.
To enter a work order, you can easily submit it through your Resident Portal or through your Resident Portal App on your cell phone.
You do not need to be present for our technicians to perform the work in your home. Please make sure when entering your work order online through the Resident Portal, to check off the "OK to Enter" box.
If you are locked out during business hours, please stop by the leasing office for a key. If it is after hours, emergency maintence would have to be called at (844) 524-9081 and a fee would apply.
Amenities
All of our apartment homes come with at least one complimentary parking space. Private garages or additional parking may be reserved for a monthly fee. Please contact the office at (954)462-8282 for additional details.
We offer many great amenities at the Amaray Las Olas by Windsor including a 24/7 fitness center, clubroom, and infinity edge pool. Visit our Amenities page on the website for more information and photos.
The pool is open 7 days a week year round from 7am-12am. Visit our Amenities page for photos of our beautiful pool and cabana areas.
Yes! We allow 2 pets per apartment home with no weight limit. We offer a fenced in pet run as well as pet spa as an amenity to all of our residents. Please contact the office for breed restrictions and fees or visit our Amenities page on the website.
Yes, we offer furnished apartments. For Corporate leases, please reach out to our Corporate Suites Department at (781) 899-5100.
All of our apartment homes come with full sized stackable washer and dryers.
We provide a Concierge service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Concierge will be able to assist you with your guests, deliveries, and packages.
Administration
Our applications are generally approved within 24-48 hours or submission.
We require a government issued I.D. and income verification. Please contact the office for details.
You can conveniently pay your rent through your Resident Portal. Payments made using your checking or savings account is free, and credit and/or debit cards can be accepted with an additional convenience fee charge. Please contact the office for more information.
Yes, we require a $100,000 Liability Insurance Policy. You can easily sign up with Assurant, Windsor's insurance partner. We also suggest you insure your personal belongings through your renter's insurance.
Yes, we have an Early Termination Addendum that will be signed upon move in which gives you options for ending your lease early. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
We will setup your water, sewer, pest and trash accounts for you and you are able to pay these with your monthly rent through the Resident Portal. You would be responsible for setting up your electricity with Florida Power and Light (FPL) at (954)-797-5000.
Residents are responsible for all utilities.
Location
Take 595E to exit 10A toward I95. Follow signs for Route 842 and merge on to Broward Blvd. Turn right on to SE 8th ave and the Amaray Las Olas by Windsor will be on the right hand side.
We are conveniently located right off of Las Olas Blvd home to all of our great local boutique shops, restaurants, and bars. Our residents shop at The Fresh Market, Publix and Trader Joe's.
